Climate Brick

Project Details

The Climate Brick is a strategic tool for the climate tech ecosystem, helping founders, investors, and other stakeholders navigate the path to scale. With the launch of its 2025 edition, the team brought in Omoi to redesign the website from the ground up—making it more intuitive, more engaging, and better suited to today’s users.

We began with research, interviewing key stakeholders across the climate tech landscape to better understand how different users interact with the bricks. That research shaped our design approach: clean, modular layouts in a bento-box style; simplified navigation; and thoughtful content hierarchy to support usability across audiences.

We also evolved The Climate Brick’s visual identity—introducing brighter colors, smoother interactions, and a new art direction that reimagined the bricks as large-scale 3D monoliths placed in nature. These visuals were designed to bring optimism and tangibility to a topic often seen as abstract or technical.

One of the most valuable features of the new site is the Brick Finder—a custom AI tool that analyzes a user’s company website and identifies which bricks are most relevant. This was a direct response to a common user pain point, helping visitors quickly locate the guidance they need.

To support continued engagement, we added a blog for case studies, interviews, and new content, and produced a suite of launch materials to help the team drive awareness across channels.

The result is a site that’s easier to use, more visually distinct, and better equipped to support The Climate Brick’s growing role in the climate tech ecosystem.
